- Thanksgiving Dinner- There is no way you can pass up those deviled eggs, dressing, and turkey on Thanksgiving. Enjoy the food and time spent with your family.
- Your Wedding & Honeymoon- If you are counting calories on your wedding and honeymoon, something is wrong. You should enjoy each other and everything that comes with it.
- Your Vacation- You have worked hard, both in your career and on your diet up to this point. Now that it is time to go on vacation, it is time to let your hair down and your guard down on the food you choose to have.
- Your Birthday- Being blessed to turn another year old calls for celebration. For your special day, do not be afraid to consume that huge piece of chocolate cake.
