- (Love) A nosey neighbor will act as a second line of security defense protecting your home. Any sign of suspicious activity, and they will let either you or the police know.
- (Hate) The first day you move into your home, you will see them peeking out of their blinds, watching each item removed from the moving truck.
- (Love) They will be able to give you a full report on which neighbors to engage with and which ones to avoid.
- (Hate) Some nosey neighbors think that they are the bodyguards of the community and want to flex their alleged power right from the beginning.
- (Love) A nosey neighbor will make it very hard for any porch thieves to steal your Amazon packages left at your front door.
- (Hate) They will call the police if they feel you are making too much noise or have the wrong crowd at your house.
- (Love) They will greet you every day with a wave when you return home.
- (Hate) They will try to intrude into your home so they can see what you have inside. Don’t fall for the welcome basket of cookies.
