  1. After A Breakup- After that break up with your significant other, give yourself 24 hours to let your emotions fly. If you want to cry, be angry, get drunk, or be sad, you have 24 hours to do it.
  2. After A Terrible Day At Work- We all have had those days at work, where everything seemed to go wrong. Try not to let that one day turn into one week. Give yourself 24 hours to vent and recover, then move on.
  3. After Receiving Bad News- Some bad news is going to take more than 24 hours to recover.
  4. After Your Sports Team Loses An Important Game- If your favorite team loses in the playoffs or championship game, you are allowed to be down about it for 24 hours.
  5. After A Bad Sexual Performance- Fellas, if you get a BDR(Bad D**k Report), shake it off and get back on that saddle in 24 hours.
  6. After Getting Fired- Getting fired can be a traumatic experience. If you ever have to go through this experience, give yourself a 24-hour break. After that, start working on your game plan on finding employment or starting your own business.
  7. After An Argument- Give yourself 24 hours to cool down after a heated argument with family or friends.
