  1. They Are Loaded With Sugar- The next time you are in the store, turn the bottle or can of soda around and read how much sugar is present in each serving. Some sodas have a syrupy after taste to it because it has so much sugar.
  2. Drinking Too Many Sodas Can Lead To Health Issues- It has been said that drinking too many sodas can lead to health issues such as diabetes and reproductive issues. Why pre-pay to put yourself in the hospital when it can be avoided.
  3. Drinking Sodas Can Make You Gain Weight- I’ve heard people say that once they stopped drinking sodas, they were able to lose weight.
  4. You Can Become Addicted To Drinking Them- Have you ever seen a co-worker who has to go to the soda vending machine every morning before they can start working? Sodas are very addictive, and if you don’t believe me, try quitting drinking them. You will feel like a drug addict trying to kick your habit. No drink should have you feeling like that.
  5. The Aspartame In The Sugarless Drinks Isn’t Good For You- There are a lot of brand-zero drinks on the market that pushes that their drinks don’t contain any sugar. Their claim is true, but they are replacing sugar with something that isn’t healthy…
