- You don’t want to become grandparents before you should.
- Kids are becoming more curious at a younger age about sex.
- You don’t want them guessing about what sex is.
- You want them to learn from you what sex education entails so they won’t have to lean on learning from their friends.
- It’s better to be too early than too late.
- It will allow your kid to feel comfortable coming to you and talking about certain things sexually.
- You can give them advice and share stories with them concerning the missteps you may have taken growing up.
- Social media and tv are always pushing sex in the public eye. Those eyes include your kids so explain to them what they are seeing.
- Kids need to know the consequences of having sex which could be early pregnancy or sexually transmitted diseases that can be caught.
- Your kids may already have questions that they want to ask but maybe afraid to talk to you.
