  1. You Can No Longer Beat Your Kids In Athletic Activities- A good sign that father time is starting to show his face is the fact you can’t beat your kids anymore in sports activities. Being able to run faster and jump higher than them has faded.
  2. Aches And Pains Last Longer Than When You Were Young- A sprained ankle at 42 years old seems to heal slower than it did when you were in your twenties.
  3. It Takes More Effort To Stay Or Get In Shape- As you get older, it is harder to stay and get in great shape. Eating and drinking the wrong things daily, can’t be wiped away by running on the treadmill one or two times a week.
  4. You Don’t Have Unlimited Energy Like You Use To- Father time knocks some people’s energy level down a few notches as they get older.
  5. You Start Getting Injured More Easily- A clear sign that father time exists is that as you get older, you start to get injured more easily. You start to accumulate nagging injuries that never fully heal.
  6. Your Hair May Start To Gray Or Go Thin- Father time sometimes plays cruel jokes on people, which involves their hair turning gray or falling out.
