- Eat- I’m not trying to recreate the wheel on this post. Some people actually do what you are supposed to do on your lunch break which is eat. This usually involves eating the boring lunch you brought to work, going to a local fast-food restaurant, or eating out of the vending machine.
- Search For Jobs- Everyone at work does not love their job. Some people can’t wait until their lunch break arrives, so they can go search and apply for jobs online.
- Run Errands- Some people use their hour for lunch to run errands. They may need to run to the bank or drop off clothes at the laundry before they get off work for the day.
- Sleep- If you are a night owl, only get a few hours of sleep at night, or work a second job, you may use your lunch break to sleep for an hour. We all have seen a person with their car seat leaned back, dead sleep in the company parking lot. Leave them alone because they are just trying to catch up on some sleep.
- Cheat- I don’t have anything to say on this one other than a lot can get done in an hour.
- Talk On The Phone- Most people are going to use their lunch break to call their significant other, family member, or friend.
