  1. Exercise At Least Five Days A Week- Pick an activity or workout program that you will be committed to doing five times a week. It could be swimming, jogging, walking, or boxing. See if you can do this activity continuously for 90 days.
  2. Give Up Drinking Sodas Or Sugary Drinks- Sodas contain a lot of sugar that will keep the inches on your waistline. By eliminating these options, you will be able to lose a few pounds.
  3. Don’t Eat After 8 PM- You don’t want to eat a lot of food late then go to bed for the night. By setting your cut-off eat time at 8 PM, you won’t have a lot of food sitting on your stomach overnight.
  4. Stare At Yourself Butt Naked In The Bathroom Mirror- If you want motivation to lose weight, take a long look in your bathroom mirror when you get out of the shower. Do you see any areas that need improvements?
  5. Stop Eating Fast Food- If you want to lose weight, you have to give up those double cheeseburger combo meals!
  6. Stop Eating Cookies, Cakes, Chips & Pies- If you want to get rid of those thick thighs, you have to stop eating cookies and pies. Sugar and salt contribute to weight gain.
  7. Stop Frying and Bake or Air Fry
