- Disconnect For A Day Or Two From Anything That Has To Do With Writing- Sign off of Medium or any other platform that may tempt you to write.
- Go Let The Wind Blow Through Your Hair And Get Some Air In Your Lungs- Go for a stroll in your local park or neighborhood and enjoy nature. It will invigorate you and clear your mind.
- Go See What Is Happening Out In The World- If you’re stuck in the house typing on your computer all day, how are you going to know what’s going on outside. You will be surprised what ideas may pop up in your head as you’re driving down the road.
- Go Spend Time With Family And Friends- Go take the family on a fun outing and have some fun. Seeing smiles and hearing laughs will lift your spirit.
- Go Relax And Do Nothing
- Become A Listener Instead Of A Talker For Awhile- Sometimes, if you be quiet, you will pick up on something someone is saying that may inspire you.
- Take A Long Hot Shower In The Dark- Taking a shower in the dark is one of the most relaxing things I have discovered. The soothing sound of the water mixed with your senses being slightly off allows your mind to be at ease.
