- Put Some Thought Into It- Sometimes, date night can turn into a routine. To keep things interesting, try to come up with new ideas or places to go. You don’t have to overthink it but at least think it.
- Find Out What The Other Person Likes To Do- If you are planning a first date, I hope you have been using your ears to listen. What do I mean? In conversation, the person might have dropped a couple of clues about the things they enjoy doing. If you picked up on those, you could incorporate some of those things into the date.
- Think Outside The Box- Going to the movies or bowling on a date is fine, but it has been done a million times. To impress your date, plan something that they might not have thought about doing.
- Don’t Be Afraid To Search Google For Ideas- I’ve gone to Google a few times to search for date ideas. It is a wide world out there and some people have some great ideas that you can borrow.
- Don’t Wait Until The Last Minute To Start Planning- Waiting until the last minute to plan a date can be disastrous. If your date involves going to a popular restaurant or event, do yourself a favor and make reservations ahead of time.
