  1. Take A Vacation And Relax- When you take this vacation, don’t be the person who brings work to the beach. The whole point of taking vacations is to unwind and get away from the daily stresses. Enjoy your vacation, don’t just go on vacation!
  2. Stop Worrying About Things You Have No Control Over
  3. Disconnect From The Things That Are Causing You Stress- If you are feeling stressed at work, use some of those vacation days and PTO. If coming up with creative ideas and material is stressing you out, remove yourself from that environment.
  4. Sit Back, Observe, And Learn- Learning something new will allow your brain to get away from the norm.
  5. Re-access The Directions And Paths You Want To Travel- Sit down and go over the creative direction you want to travel. Being all over the place only adds stress.
  6. Take As Long As You Need To Recharge- You determine the duration it takes for you to feel recharged.
  7. Go Do Something You Have Never Done Before- You may think you have done everything in this world, but you haven’t. Go try something that won’t harm you for the first time. You never know what you might stumble upon that you…
