  5. Talk to a friend or family member about what is stressing you out
  6. Talk to yourself and refuse to be defeated
  7. Turn on some relaxing music
  8. Pop your ear buds in and listen to your favorite podcast
  9. Play with your kids or pets
  10. Watch your favorite comedy movie or show
