  1. Stop eating out. $8 dollars here $11 dollars there will start to add up quick if you are visiting fast food restaurants on a regular basis. Figuring out how to cook more meals at home will keep more cash in your pocket.
  2. Cut the cord on that high cable bill. I used to have DirectTv with over 200 channels and I maybe only watched 5–10 of those channels on a regular basis. There are a lot of streaming options out there now that can save you money.
  3. Use coupons. This could come in hand when it comes to grocery shopping.
  4. Cut back on the high fashion clothes and go with the middle fashion options. If you’re trying to save money do you really need a $50 T-Shirt?
  5. Stream that movie at home instead of going to the movie theater. A typical movie theater ticket is priced around $15. Add a date and snacks and your bill will start to climb. A lot of movies are now coming out on streaming services at home.
  6. Wash and iron your own clothes. A lot of us love the convenience of being able to drop our clothes off and have someone else wash and iron them. Of course that comes with a bill. To do it yourself all you need is a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron and time.
